SOUTH BEND - Jacques R. Hendrickson, 60, of Academy Place, died at 6:45 p.m. Friday in his home of natural causes. Mr. Hendrickson retired from the former National Bank as a comptroller. He was born Jan. 22, 1935, in Woodstock, Ill., and lived in South Bend for 31 years.

He is survived by a son, Lt. Peter of Alexandria, Va. He was an Army veteran, was a graduate of Blackburn College and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was a member of Parents Without Partners.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 1201 S. Michigan St. Cremation will take place. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, 1125 15th St. N.W., Suite 502, Washington, DC 20005.
