James W. Hendricks, 64, of Crumstown Highway, North Liberty, Ind., died at 12:35 p.m. on Monday, March 11, in Memorial Hospital. Jim was born Jan. 15, 1938, in Milwaukee, Wis., to James and Phyllis (Czeszak) Hendricks. He was preceded in death by his father, and by a brother, Roger Hendricks.

Jim married Suzanne (Basker), who survives. He is also survived by his mother, Phyllis Hendricks; one daughter, Cheryl Hendricks of Mishawaka, Ind.; four sons, Bob (Jeanne) Hendricks of South Bend, Ind., James M. Hendricks of Los Angeles, Calif., William Hendricks of South Bend and Robert (Andrea) Hendricks of Boise, Idaho; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and by a brother, Phillip (Connie) Hendricks of Kenosha, Wis.

Jim was the owner of Shaver Clinic of Michiana since 1970.

ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, South Bend, will be handling the arrangements. No services; cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637.
