SOUTH BEND - Marilou Heck, 72, of South Logan Street, died at 10:30 a.m. Friday in her residence. Miss Heck retired from Miles Laboratory, Elkhart. She also worked for Notre Dame Lobund Laboratory. She was born Nov. 23, 1923, in St. Joseph and was a lifetime area resident. Surviving are two friends with whom she lived for more than 20 years, Ernestine Booker and Jo Pyszka. She attended Notre Dame Sacred Heart Campus Ministry Mass and served as Eucharistic minister for several years for that community.

There will be no services or visitation. Entombment will be in Highland Cemetery. Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
