Frank C. Hatch, 83, of West Russ Street, Mishawaka, passed away at 10:42 p.m. Sunday, March 16th, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, following an illness. He was born October 29th, 1919, in Mishawaka, to Jack and Lillian (Quaintance) Simoneau, who preceded him in death.

On December 21st, 1943, he married the former Jean Maxine Wilkinson in Mishawaka. She died May 27th, 1995. Mr. Hatch is survived by a son, John R. (Kelly) Hatch of South Bend, and a daughter, Jill D. (Bruce) Meiser of Mishawaka. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Kimberli A. Meiser of Mishawaka and Brooke A. Young of Corpus Christi, Texas, where she serves in the United States Coast Guard. Also surviving is a sister, Dorothy Shenenberger of Titusville, Florida. Mr. Hatch retired as a Superintendent of Collections for the Indiana Toll Road after serving for 30 years. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Mishawaka.

Funeral services for Mr. Hatch will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Mishawaka. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka. Burial will follow the services at Fairview Cemetery. The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County.
