SOUTH BEND - Kenneth Scott Harmon, 73, passed away on
Sunday, July 27, 2008, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Kenneth
was born on January 11, 1935, in South Bend, to Willard and
Mildred (Glassman) Harmon. He was preceded in death by his
father, and by a nephew, James Terry. Surviving are his
mother, Mildred Harmon of South Bend; a daughter, Linda (Pat)
Harmon-Holley of South Bend; sons, Scott (Lisa) Harmon of
South Bend, Dean (Michelle) Harmon of Indianapolis and John
Harmon of South Bend; grandchildren, Jared, Kelsiy and Carly
Harmon, Janna, Nathan and Joy Harmon; a sister, Alice J. Terry of
South Bend; a nephew, Bill Terry; a niece, Cheryl Geisler;
great-nephew and niece, James and Kara Terry; and his former
wife, Lorena Waggner. Kenneth was a machinist for
Torrington for many years in South Bend.
Family and friends may visit from 3 to 7
p.m. Wednesday, July 30th, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th
Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on
Thursday, July 31st, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at
Bremen Cemetery.
