SOUTH BEND - Memorial services for Phyllis L. Hardison, 63, of Hollywood Place, who died at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church. Cremation will take place, with burial in Riverview Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.

Mrs. Hardison was employed by Leven Insurance Agency for 27 years. She was born June 12, 1933, in Pueblo, Colo., and lived in South Bend for 39 years.

On Sept. 21, 1955, in Colorado, as Phyllis L. Morrone, she married Paul Hardison. He survives with two sons, Kevin of South Bend and Allen of Mishawaka; two grandchildren; a sister, Eleanor Hart of Pueblo; and two brothers, Louis Morrone of Colorado and Paul Morrone of Portland, Ore. She was a member of the church.
