Jerald R. Haner

South Bend - Jerald R. Haner, 59, of Indianapolis, formerly of South Bend, died at 4 a.m. Sunday in his home after an illness.  Mr. Haner was employed by Indiana Department of Employment & Training Services, Indianapolis.  He was born Nov. 8,1933, in South Bend.  He is survived by four cousins, Toni Rea of East Hampton, N.Y., Leland Haugh of West Lafayette, Ind. and William Haner and Barbara Gochenour, both of Logansport, Ind.  He was a veteran of the Korean War.

Services will be at 2p.m.today in McCloskey-Hamilton-Gunderum Funeral Home, Logansport.  Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.  Friends may call two hours before services in the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
