David I. Hamilton

David I. Hamilton, 34, of 1801 Robinson Street, South Bend, Ind., passed away at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5, from injuries suffered from a motorcycle accident on Lincoln Way East in South Bend.
He was head maintenance engineer at Baymar Plastic in South Bend and was employed there for the last 11 years.
He was born on July 17, 1965, in Elkins, W. Va., and lived here most of his life. He was a 1984 graduate of Mishawaka High School.
He is survived by his parents, David E. Hamilton of Mishawaka, Ind., and his mother, Sharon Sysinger of Granger, Ind.; his grandmother, Vera Hamilton of Elkins; a sister, Susan Hamilton of Granger; two brothers, Michael E. of South Bend and Steven A. of Elkhart; and by his companion, a golden retriever named Harley.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday in the A.M. Manuel Funeral Home, North Liberty, Ind. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Ind.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home.
