Jeron Cole Gumm, 26, of South Bend, Ind., passed from this earth on Saturday, March 23, in Valparaiso, Ind. Jeron was born on Aug. 20, 1975, in Michigan City, Ind., to his loving parents, Pamela and Chester Gumm. On Jan. 23, 1993, Jeron was blessed with the birth of his son, Austin Cole, who was later joined by a sister, Adriana Michelle on April 30, 1997. He was a loving dad and will be greatly missed.

Jeron's sisters, Alisa, Monika and Buffy, brother, Deven, and brother-in-law, Joseph Ward, will remember their brother with love and fondness until they join him in Heaven. He is survived by three nieces and three nephews, Bailey, Sebastian, Holly, Rreian, Kyle and Diva who adored their Uncle Jeron with all their heart. Jeron also had a special place in his heart for Michelle Galletti. He is also survived by his loving grandmother, Lottie Gumm. During his life Jeron found great joy in his family and friends. He also enjoyed being outdoors and attending concerts. He was someone you could count on to be there when you needed him.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 28, in the Bubb Funeral Home North Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, March 27.
