Mrs. Julius Grueger

            Mrs. Alice Grueger, age 63, wife of Julius Grueger, 818 North St. Louis boulevard, died Saturday at midnight, following an illness of seven weeks.

            She was born in Bavaria, Germany, Oct. 16, 1859, and came to this city from Bavaria 42 years ago.

            Surviving are her husband: four children, G.W. Grueger, Mrs. P.J. Goetzinger, Mrs. V.D. Gall and Mrs. R.H. Coil all of this city; her father, J.W. Poehlman, of Macon, Mo., and four brothers, Leonard and Charles Poehlman, of Kirksville, Mo., and George and John Poehlman of Macon.

            The funeral will be held at the residence Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock, Rev. W. Goffeney officiating.   Burial will be in the city cemetery.
