Mrs. Fred C. Grimes, aged 58, of 735 Lincoln Way East, died Wednesday night at 6:40 o'clock in St. Joseph hospital. She had been in failing health for one year.

Mrs. Grimes was born Feb. 10, 1877, in Iowa, and came here 29 years ago from Denver, Colo. As Luella Fellows she was married June 17, 1903, to Fred C. Grimes, who survives. Surviving also are one daughter, Mrs. F. C. Fellingham, of Tulsa, Okla., and one sister, Mrs. Mae Woempener, of North Hollywood, Calif.

Rev. J. A. Burnett, D. D., pastor of the First Presbyterian church, will conduct funeral services Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Sprague chapel. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fred C. Grimes, 735 Lincoln Way East, were conducted this afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Sprague chapel by Rev. J. A. Burnett, D. D., pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Burial was in Fairview cemetery. Pallbearers were E. J. W. Fink, C. E. Clark, C. H. Miller, C. A. Ostrom, Fred A. Ullmann and E. S. Grant.
