Mrs. Genevieve Griggs, 94, of Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, in her home. She was born on Nov. 20, 1903, in Mishawaka, to the late Claude and Grace (Parker) Westfall. On May 28, 1931, in Oakland, Calif., she married Angus David ''Bud'' Griggs, who passed away on April 29, 1990. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Virgil Westfall in 1990.

She had lived in this community most of her life except for a short time when she and her husband lived in Oakland. They returned to Mishawaka in 1937. Mrs. Griggs is survived by a daughter, Billie Bunch of Elkhart, Ind.; and by two grandsons, David Bunch of Lima, Ohio, and Dennis Bunch of Milwaukee, Wis.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, in the Palmer Funeral Home, 1109 Lincoln Way West, Osceola, Ind. Rev. Scott Weaver of Grace Brethren Church, Mishawaka, will officiate. Burial will follow in City Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today in the Palmer Funeral Home, Osceola.
