Hattie A. Gordon, 74, of 933 35th St., South Bend, died at 7:55 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Hospital after a one-year illness.  She was born in Penn Twp., on October 19, 1896, and had lived in this area all her life.  As Hattie A. DeLong, she was married to Earl W. Gordon in South Bend on Aug. 11, 1917.

Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Esther Crowley of Elkhart and Mrs. Adella Allison of Mishawaka; a granddaughter, two great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Ferdinand Martin of El Monte, Calif. and Mrs. Milo Anglin of Mishawaka.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the Bubb Funeral Chapel.  She was a member of Liberty Dr. Missionary Church.

GORDON - Funeral services for Mrs. Earl Gordon, 74, of 933 S. 35th St., South Bend, who died Saturday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Carlysle Wise, former pastor and Rev. Thomas Nothstine, present pastor of the Liberty Dr. Missionary Church, will officiate, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.  Friends may call in the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
