Rachel Goralczyk, 76, of South Bend, Ind., died at 10:25 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. She was born Jan. 16, 1925, in Argos, Ind., and was the daughter of Onel and Mary Ellen (Oler) Sickmiller.

On Jan. 16, 1947, in South Bend, as Rachel Sickmiller, she married Matthew Goralczyk, who preceded her in death on Dec. 1, 1998. She is survived by two sisters, Naomi Augustine of Bourbon, Ind., and Juanita Jacobson of Plymouth, Ind. Mrs. Goralczyk was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
