SOUTH BEND - Jeffrey L. Goode, 32, of 1406 Miami St., died at 12:14 a.m. Friday in his home after an illness. Mr. Goode was a waiter.

He was born Dec. 16, 1962, in Danville, Ky. Surviving are his companion, John Tolcott of South Bend; parents, E. Wilber and Rebecca Goode of Cadiz, Ky.; and a sister, Nardis Goode of South Bend.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Alford's Mortuary
