Frank Golupski: (South Bend Tribune 6/17/1974)
Frank Golupski, 69, of 26398 Lakeview Dr., was dead on arrival
at 7:56 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
Mr. Golupski was a former South Bend Country Club employee. Born
Sept. 12, 1904 in South Bend, he had lived here all his life. On
May 12, 1937, he married Eleanor Samp, who died last Feb 18.
Surviving are two sons, Harry Prybo of Zeeland, Mich., and Frank
Jr. of South Bend, a stepson, John Samp of South Bend; four
daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Richardson of Michigan City and Mrs. Joan
Stineback, Mrs. Theresa Ullery and Mrs. Lucille Heddens, all of
South Bend; four stepdaughters, Mrs. Dorothy Golubski and Mrs.
Mary Dobrzykowski, both of South Bend, Mrs. Rita Sommer Jr., of
Mishawaka and Mrs. Eleanor Watkins of Dacona, Colo.; 39
grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; three brothers, Sylvester
and Leo Golubski, both of South Bend, and Stanley of
Detroit, and three sisters, Mrs. Theresa Thomas, Mrs. Anna Mason
and Mrs. Francis Borowski, all of South Bend. Friends may call
from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Kaniewski
and Sons Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in
the Holy Family Catholic Church, Rev. Joseph G. Lesniak, pastor,
will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
