MISHAWAKA - Services for Richard J. Gollatz, 87, of 4004 St. Andrews Circle, who died at 5:10 a.m. Tuesday in Americana Health Care Center, Elkhart, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery, Elkhart. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in Warner Funeral Home, Osceola, where Masonic services will be at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church scholarship fund.

Mr. Gollatz was the former owner/operator of Gollatz Cabinet Shop, Osceola. He was born Feb. 27, 1908, in South Bend. On Dec. 16, 1933, in Elkhart, he married Vera E. Struble. She died Jan. 20, 1989. On Jan. 6, 1990, in Mishawaka, he married Mildred Wentworth. She survives with a son, Charles of Elkhart; five granddaughters; five great-granddaughters; and a brother, Kenneth of South Bend. A daughter, Barbara Bruce, died in 1982. He was a member of the church and Osceola Masonic Lodge.
