Mildred M. De Beck Goins

Mildred M. De Beck- Goins, 89, of Berkley Circle Mishawaka, passed away on July 22, 2001 in St. Joseph Community Hospital Mishawaka following an illness. Mrs. De Beck -Goins was born on January 26, 1912 in Walkerton, IN as the daughter of the late Fred and Sadie (Sheneman) Morris.

In 1933 at St. Bavo's Catholic Church as Mildred Morris she married Marcel C. De Beck Who preceded her in death in 1948.

In 1962 she married Clifton Goins Mrs. De Beck-Goins is Survived by two daughters; Mary (Peter) Rittenhouse of Mishawaka and Billie Frazier of Bremen, IN. One son Daniel (Elaine) De Beck, of Granger eight grandchildren; Julie Rittenhouse of Cleveland, OH; Aimee (Jim) Kelly of Phoenix, AZ; Mary Beth (Gary) Vargyas of St. Charles, IL; Peter (Kim) Rittenhouse of Yorba Linda, CA; Rebecca (Robert) Kelly of Witchita, KS; John (Jennifer) Rittenhouse of Geneva, IL; Brian De Beck of Granger; Katherine (David) Connor of Elizabethtown, IN. Seventeen great grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by one sister Clara Gonser and one brother Merlin Morris. Mrs. De Beck - Goins was the former owner and operator of De Beck's Dairy in Mishawaka, and then was employed by Associates in South Bend for twenty years before retiring in 1977.

Friends may call on Tuesday, July 24 from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A Wake Prayer service will be held at 3:30 `P.M. in the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 25 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Bavo's Catholic Church with Rev. Robert Dombrowski officiating. With burial to follow in Walkerton Cemetery. Memorial contributions be made to St. Bavo's Catholic Church, 511 W. 8th St, Mishawaka, IN 46544
