Edmund E. Goepfrich, 69, of Englewood, Fla., formerly of South Bend , died at 8 a.m. Sunday in his home. Mr. Goepfrich was a retired Bendix Corp. employee. He was born Sept. 5, 1916, in South Bend and had moved to Englewood after his retirement. His widow, the former Margaret O'Toole, survives. Also surviving are a sister, Veronica Strausser of Bend, Ore.; and three brothers, Raymond and Leo R., both of South Bend, and Francis of Englewood.

Services will be Thursday in St. Raphael Church, Englewood. Lemon Bay Funeral home, Englewood, is in charge of arrangements.
