MISHAWAKA - Angeline R. Goeller originally from Mishawaka,
Indiana passed away on Thursday, January 14, in Donaldson,
Indiana at the Katherine Casper Life Center where she resided for
the past 7 years. Angeline was born on November 16, 1912, in
Mishawaka to Albert John Raab and Cecelia Mormann and lived in
Mishawaka until November 1st 2002 where she moved to Donaldson.
Angeline was married to John Claire Goeller the love of her life
on November 18, 1939 in St. Monica's Church in Mishawaka and was
happily married until his death on August 2nd, 1973. Angeline is
survived by her six children, John R. Goeller (Diane) of
Mishawaka, Carolyn A. Teeter (Thomas E.) of Mishawaka, Sister
Mary Ellen Goeller, PHJC of Berwyn, IL, Gerald F. Goeller (Ruth)
of Mishawaka, James C. Goeller of Houston, Texas and William J.
Goeller of Kemah, Texas. She is survived by 15 grandchildren,
Margaret Mary (Fred) Dosman, Patricia (Andrew) Dosman, Pamela
(Brian) Klein, Timothy (Mary) Teeter, Ann Bradford, John Teeter,
Michael Teeter, Brian (Karen) Teeter, Christopher Teeter, Amy
(Rob) Wright, Robert (Patricia) Goeller, Marjorie (John) Hall,
Charlotte (John) Lanning, John (Tonah) Goeller, and William
(Jeannine) Goeller. She is also survived by 31 great
grandchildren and seven great great-grandchildren. Angeline was
from a family of seven children and was the only survivor left of
her brothers and sisters, Charlotte Strohm, Irene Berta, Rose
Trenerry, Jane Barner, Albert J. Raab, and William C. Raab.
Angeline spent most of her years as a homemaker raising her six
children. She was a Life Member of the St. Joseph's Hospital
Auxiliary of Mishawaka, Mishawaka Antique study club, Lady's of
the Elk's Lodge 235, volunteered at the Hope Rescue Mission,
volunteered at Tanglewood Trace Retirement Homes, and volunteered
at Fountainview Place. She was a member of St. Monica's Catholic
Church in Mishawaka for most of her life, and then upon
retirement became a member of St. Anthony's DePaul in South Bend.
She was also active and generous with her children and
grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial donations may be
made to PHJC Development Office for the Catherine Kasper Life
Center, PO Box 1 Donaldson, IN 46513 or Hospice. Friends may call
between 2 and 4 p.m. Sunday, January 17th in Hahn Funeral Home,
505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka and between 9 and 11 a.m., Monday,
January 18th at the Catherine Kasper Life Center in Donaldson,
IN. there will be a mass immediately following the viewing in the
Catherine Kasper Home Chapel with Rev. Edward Konerman S.J.
officiating Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park,
Granger, next to her beloved husband. To leave the family an
