Rev. Henry G. Glueckert CSC, 97, of Holy Cross House, died Saturday in his residence. He made his first vows in the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1918 and was ordained in 1921. He was born  Feb. 28, 1895 in Chicago. He taught at the University of Notre Dame from 1923 to 1962, was chaplain of Dujarie House at Holy Cross Brothers Center. He was a graduate of Catholic University of America, Washington DC.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart with burial in the Holy Cross Community Cemetery on the campus. Friends may call after 3:30 p.m. today in Moreau Seminary, where a wake will be at 7:30 p.m.
