Decatur MI – Services for Thomas Gleissner, 80, of 16233 Oak St., formerly of Mishawaka, who died about 7 a.m. Saturday in his home, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Monica’s Catholic Church, Mishawaka.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 Tuesday at Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, Mishawaka, where a wake will be at 4 p.m.
Mr. Gleissner retired in 1974 from Dodge Reliance, Mishawaka where he worked for 42 years.
He was born April 19, 1909 in Mishawaka. He moved to Decatur in 1972. On June 17, 1944 in Mishawaka he married Lillian C. Barth. She survives with a sister, Elizabeth Nix of Mishawaka; and two brothers, John of Mishawaka and Eugene of Mission, Kan.
