SOUTH BEND - Brian P. Giudice, 38, passed away Monday in Memorial Hospital. Mr. Giudice is survived by his parents, Arthur and Elaine (Lamb) Giudice of Culver; a son, Giovanni Karakatsanis-Swarts of South Bend; sister, Christine (Tim) Worden of Plainfield, IL and girlfriend, Tracey Freed of South Bend. There will be no services or visitation. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
