Mrs. Charles M. Gill
Mrs. Emma May Rogers Gill, aged 49, a lifelong
resident of this vicinity, died at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon in her home
located on rural route No. 1, Osceola, this county. She had been ill three
years. Mrs. Gill was born July 2, 1887, in Penn township, this county. As Miss
Emma May Roberts, she was married July 12, 1905, in Osceola to Charles M. Gill,
who survives. Surviving also are two sons, Louis E. Gill, rural route No. 1
Osceola, and Rogers D. Gill, at home; three daughters Mrs. Marion E. Russ, of
Osceola and Carolyn A. and Betty Lou Gill, both at home; a brother, O J.
Rogers, of Osceola; two sisters, Mrs. Harvey Rohrer, of Indianapolis, and Mrs.
D. O. Bauer, of Elkhart, Ind., and a granddaughter, Virginia Dianna Russ, of
Osceola. Mrs. Gill was a member of Osceola Methodist Episcopal church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles M. Gill, aged 49, of rural
Route No. 1, Osceola, this county, will be conducted at 2 o'clock Tuesday
afternoon in Osceola Methodist Episcopal church. Rev. T. O. Vernon, of
Jamestown, Elkhart County, Indiana, will officiate with the assistance of the
pastor, Rev. K. Edward Maynard. Burial will be in the Osceola cemetery.
