Mrs. Cloyd E. Geyer Sr.

April 4, 1896 – June 18, 1973

Mrs. Blanche Pearl Geyer, 77, of 23886 IN 23, died at 3:45pm Monday in her residence of an apparent heart attack.

She was born April 4, 1896 in Van Wert OH, and had lived in the area almost all her life.  On September 14, 1915, in South Bend, as Blanche Scott, she was married to Cloyd E Geyer Sr, who survives.  Also surviving are three sons, James E. , Robert L., and Richard H., and a daughter, Mrs. Mary Kay Landman, all of South Bend; 17 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Friends may call form 7 to 9pm today an from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Wednesday in the Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1pm Thursday, with Rev. Vaughn Sprunger, pastor of the Community Baptist Church, officiating.  Burial will be in Sumption Prairie Cemetery.
