Cecile T. Gerencser (Nov. 23, 1918 - June 18, 1996)

SOUTH BEND - Cecile T. Gerencser, 77, formerly of Madison Road, South Bend, Ind., died at 11 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Care Center-West. Mrs. Gerencser retired in 1984 from Easy Heat in Lakeville, Ind.

She was born on Nov. 23, 1918, in South Bend, Ind. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Wroblewski of Indianapolis, Ind. Four sons, Steve and Robert of South Bend, Ind., Jim of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Dave of Middlebury, Ind. nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. One sister, Ann Kmitta of Florida.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Lakeville.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. There will be a rosary recited at 3 p.m. Friday.
