South Bend - Jeremy A. Gaines, 8 months, of 1703 Marine St. died at 3:56 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Medical Center of natural causes.  Jeremy was born April 13, 1992 in South Bend.  He is survived by his parents, Kristen and Richard Gaines at home; and a sister, Krystle, at home.

Services were held today in Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.  Burial was in Southlawn Cemetery.
