MISHAWAKA - Richard D. "Rich" Gaby, 41, residing in Mishawaka, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2008 in his residence. He was born March 1, 1967 in Plymouth, IN, the son of Roy Daniel & Nancy Kay (Hall) Gaby, and has lived in this area all of his life. He was a 1986 graduate of Mishawaka High School. He was formerly employed with Federal Group in Mishawaka. Rich liked to pay his drums, and was an excellent mechanic, always loved working on cars. Rich is survived by his father, R. Daniel Gaby of Mishawaka, two sisters, Pam (Scott) Campbell and Tami Gaby both of South Bend, a brother, Thomas (Michelle) Gaby of Osceola, two nieces, Tara Cutler, Brooke Biggs, three nephews, David Campbell, and Nick & Alex Gaby. Also surviving is Rich's companion, Terri Klein of Mishawaka, and her children, April Dorn, and Andrea Klein both of Mishawaka. Rich was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Kay Gaby on June 9, 2008.

Services celebrating Rich's life will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 17, at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. Rev. Ed Erskin will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Contributions in memory of Richard D.
