Mrs. Charles J. Futter
Mrs. Charles J. Futter, aged 64, of 501 West Fourth street, died at 10 a.m. today in her home after a years illness with heart disease. A lifelong resident here, Mrs. Futter was born in Mishawaka, Nov. 18, 1878. As Miss Josephine VanHolsbeke she married Mr. Futter here in May of 1899.
Surviving is Mr. Futter, two sons, Eugene and Clarence Futter, both of Mishawaka; a brother, Henry VanHolsbeke, Los Angeles, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Cecil Carr, Southerlin, Ore., and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Thallemer funeral home until Saturday noon when the body will be taken to the residence where visitors may call after 4 p.m. Saturday until the hour of the funeral at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Roman Catholic church. Rev. George Lauer, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Josephs cemetery.
Mrs. Futter was a member of the Rosary society of St. Josephs church and of Spring camp No. 1992, Royal Neighbors of America.

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles J. Futter, aged 64, of 501 West Fourth street, who died Thursday morning in her home, will be at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Josephs Roman Catholic church, Rev. George Lauer, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Josephs cemetery. Members of the Rosary society of St. Josephs church and Daughters of Isabella will meet at 8 p.m. Sunday in the residence to recite the rosary.
