MISHAWAKA - Ross A. Furore, 69, of Palmetto, Fla., formerly of Mishawaka, died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday in Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Fla. Mr. Furore retired in 1978 from Uniroyal Plastics Co. after 35 years of service. He was born Feb. 24, 1926, in Indianapolis, and lived in South Bend until moving to Florida 10 years ago.
On Oct. 1, 1977, in Mishawaka, he married Anna M. Stoner. She survives with two stepsons, James Procaccino of Osceola and Arthur Procaccino of Mishawaka; and a sister, Betty Dembinski of Mishawaka. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 360 and was a veteran of World War II.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Monica's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., where a wake will be at 6 p.m.
