Marian Frick, 82, of Berkley Circle in Mishawaka was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2000, after an illness. Mrs. Frick was born on August 14, 1917, in Normal, Ill., to Herbert and Ellen (Kneass) Hanson.
On March 25, 1951, in South Bend, she married Ralph R. Frick. Mrs. Frick was an active member in the Ridgedale Presbyterian Church. She was a devoted Mother and Grandmother, a loving Aunt and a very special, loyal friend to many. She was preceded in death in 1987, by her sister, Maurine M. Miller. Survivors include her husband, Ralph Frick; a daughter, Susan (Ken) Jebelian of South Bend; 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Danielle, Ashley and Juliann; and 1 great-granddaughter, Zana. She is also survived by a niece, Nancy (Harry) Stimson of South Bend.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, March 7, in the Ridgedale Presbyterian Church, where Rev. Dr. Jack Volkers will officiate. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, located on Ironwood and Jefferson. Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Marian Frick to Ridgedale Presbyterian Church or to the American Heart Association.
