Veronica Vera Frayman
MISHAWAKA - Veronica Vera Frayman, 95, of Zionsville, Indiana, formerly of Mishawaka, passed away Tuesday morning, December 26, 2006, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. Vera was born January 27, 1911, in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Chicago and Elkhart.
On September 5, 1931, she married Henry C.
Frayman and the couple settled in Mishawaka. Vera was a homemaker
who enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking and baking. She is
especially remembered for her many pies and cakes. Vera was a
member of St. Monica Catholic Church. Her family and home were
the center of her life.
Vera's surviving family includes her two sons, Jack (Margaret)
Frayman of Zionsville and Bruce (Deborah) Frayman of Jenison,
Michigan; five grandchildren, Jeffery, Kenneth, Charles and
Daniel Frayman, and Laura Hardin; seven
great-grandchildren, Carly, Charles Jr., Benjamin, McKenzie and
Samantha Frayman, and Matthew and Heather Hardin; and one
great-great-grandchild, Dakota Hardin. Vera was preceded in death
by her husband Henry in 2000.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in Thallemer,
Goethals & Wells Funeral Home, 503 West Third Street,
Mishawaka, with Rev. Jeffery Largent officiating. Visitation will
be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday. Burial will follow the
service at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
