OSCEOLA - Grethchen Ruth Francis, 77, died July 8, 2010 in her residence. Surviving are her daughters, Jennifer Francis, Roberta (Donald) Hyland; son, Craig B. (Ellen) Francis; grandchildren, Katherine and Kyle Ponger and Terrance Hyland; one great-grandchild, Joseph Hyland; two brothers, Roland (Judy) Essig and William Essig. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in St. Peter Lutheran Church. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home 521 N. William St.
