SOUTH BEND - Kenneth F. Fox, 52, of South Bend, IN passed
away at 12:45 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2008, in his home after a
courageous battle with cancer. He was born July 16, 1956, in
South Bend, IN to Forest V. and Wanda Lee (Miller) Fox Jr.
On September 11, 1982, in South Bend, he
married Tina Marie (Sells) Fox, who survives. Mr. Fox is
survived by his wife, Tina Fox; two daughters, Tanya Marie (Jose Reyes)
Fox of Mishawaka and Robin Lynn Fox of South Bend; two sons,
Kenneth Floyd (Christina) Fox Jr. of South Bend and Matthew Paul Edington
of South Bend; his father, Forest V. Fox Jr. of South Bend;
and five grandchildren, Jacob, Alex, Cayden, Jose and Michael. A
daughter, Jennifer Marie Fox; son, Michael Allen Fox; and
granddaughter, Mya all preceded him in death. Mr. Fox was a
lifelong resident. He attended Riley High School and served his
country in the United States Army. Mr. Fox worked as a mechanic
for Avanti Motors, had his own lawn care service and also worked
for Hutchinson Manufacturing. The family would like to thank
Hospice and Alick's Home Medical for the care given to Kenneth.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, May 28, 2008, in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger
Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN. Rev. Larry Hanson,
of First Brethren Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in
Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family
from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008 and 1 hour prior to the
services on Wednesday in the funeral home. Contributions may be
offered to The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc.,
111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend, IN 46637 or to the family c/o
Palmer Funeral Home.
