Frank L. Fox

November 19, 1891 - July 4, 1955

Frank L. Fox, 726 W. Dunham St., died at 10pm Monday in his residence after ten months illness.

Born in Argos IN, November 19, 1891, he came to South Bend 57 years ago.  He was married August 20, 1932, in Plymouth IN, to Mary A. Miles.

He was a custodian for the South Bend School City, service at Harrison School for 14 years and at Washington High School the past three years.

Surviving besides his widow, Mary, are two daughters, Mrs. Clarabelle Gray, of South Bend, and Mrs. Gertrude A. Penrod, of Phoenix AZ; three grandsons and a brother Elzy Fox, of South Bend.

Friends may call after 7pm today in the Hay Funeral Home until 11am services there Thursday.  The body will be taken to Phoenix for burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Fox was a WW I veteran and a member of Post 357, American Legion.
