MISHAWAKA – Services for Angelo M. Forte, 81, of Osborne Road, South Bend, formerly of Mishawaka, who died at 9:35pm Monday in St Joseph’s Medical Center, will be at 10am Saturday in St Joseph Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Friday in Hahn Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be said at 3pm.

Mr. Forte retired in 1970 from Bendix Corp, South Bend, after 40 years of service.  He was born January 17, 1913, in Clinton IN, and lived in the area most of his life.  On April 7, 1934, in South Bend, he married Mary J. Ballatore.  She survives, with a daughter, Jeanne Celie Blasko of Granger; a son, Dennis of Bremen; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a sister, Jennie Casper of Niles; and two brothers, John and Joseph, both of Mishawaka.  He was a member of DeAmicis Club, Fraternal Order of Eagles and the church.
