FORT WORTH -- Doris Elizabeth (Eberhart) Forsberg, 91, of
Fort Worth, Texas, and formerly of Framingham, Mass., died
peacefully on Sunday, May 23, in Fort Worth.
Doris will be buried with her husband at Edgell Grove Cemetery in
Framingham.
Memorials: James L. West Center, 1111 Summit Ave, Fort Worth,
Texas 76102.
Doris was born on April 17, 1913, in Mishawaka, Ind. Her parents
were Margaret and Harry Walter Eberhart. She had an identical
twin, Dorothy Margaret (Eberhart) Raymond; and two
brothers, Harry William and Walter James Eberhart.
Doris was a graduate of Mishawaka High School and the South Bend
Conservatory of Music, where she studied piano performance. She
worked at the Ball Band Company, which became the U.S. Rubber Co.
in Mishawaka.
Doris married and lived in Framingham for 60
years with her husband Ernest S. Forsberg. They were members of
the Framingham Country Club since 1938. She was a member of Grace
Congregational Church-United Church of Christ, where she was a
deaconess, and a member of the Cameliers women's group. Doris
played the piano everyday. She loved antiques, sewing, cooking,
reading and decorative painting.
Survivors: son, Frederick Forsberg of Bourne, Mass; daughter,
Janice Robinson and husband, James of Arlington, Texas;
grandchildren, Darcie Logsdon and husband, Matthew of
Monument, Colo., Bradford Robinson and wife, Jennifer of
Richmond, Va., Maureen Burke and husband, Sean of
Worcester, Mass., Michael Forsberg of Worcester, John Forsberg of
Springfield, Mass; and great-grandchildren, Owen and Sophie
Logsdon of Monument, and Emma Burke of Worcester.
The Moore Funeral Home-Bowen Road Chapel, Arlington, Texas, is
handling arrangements.
