Michael Fisher

September 14, 1901 – July 10, 1960

Michael Fisher, 56, of 609 W Washington Ave., died at 11pm Sunday in the Beatty Memorial Hospital, Westville.  He is survived by his widow.  The Nemeth Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

FUNERAL NOTES

Funeral services for Mike Fisher, 609 W Washington Ave, who died Sunday will be at 10am Thursday in St Paul’s Memorial Methodist Church.  Rev. John D. Wolf, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Friends may call after 7pm today in the Nemeth Funeral Home.  Mr. Fisher had been ill two years.

He was born in Poland on September 14, 1901, and had lived in South Bend for 40 years, coming here from Poland.  On February 6, 1954, in South Bend, he married Elizabeth Kish.  Mr. Fisher was employed as a stock handler at the Studebaker-Packard Corp. for 21 years.  Surviving is his widow.
