MISHAWAKA - Lillian L. Fischer, 83, passed away Sunday in the Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center, South Bend. Mrs. Fischer is survived by son, Michael Fischer of Mishawaka; grandchildren, Rachel Reid, Naaman Geist, Nathan Geist, Jude Geist, Jeremy Fischer, Jennifer Byrd and Lisa Kauffman; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Fliess. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.
