MISHAWAKA – Genola B. Fields, 63, of 4001 Cassell Ave., died at 10:50am Wednesday in St Joseph Hospital of an apparent heart attack.  Mrs. Fields retired in February 1991 from Miles Inc., Elkhart.

She was born November 26, 1928, in Florence AL and lived in Mishawaka since 1960 coming from Portageville MO.  On August 5, 1947, in Piggott AR, she married Harold W. Fields.  He died March 21, 1990.

She is survived by two daughters, Sheila Garrison and Beverly Bridwell, both of Elkhart; a son, Randy D. of Elkhart; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Rev. James White of Elkhart and Rev. Bruce White of Tallapoosa MO.  She was a member of Apostolic Temple, South Bend.

Services will be at 11am Saturday in the church.  Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.

Friends may call from 2 to 10pm Friday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola and one hour before services on Saturday in the church.
