Telesforo (Lefo) Ferrettie
Telesforo (Lefo) Ferrettie, 63, of 211 W. 11th St., was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Josephs Hospital at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday. He suffered a heart seizure in his home before his death. Attendants of the city ambulance used a resuscitator in route to the hospital but were unsuccessful in reviving the victim.
Mr. Ferrettie came to Mishawaka from Italy in 1922. He was born in Piacenza and was married there on Jan. 21, 1922, to Maria Tinelli. She survives along with two daughters, Mrs. Ida Madou, of this city and Mrs. Vilma Zieke, of South Bend; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Guido and Cino Ferrettie, of Mishawaka and a sister, Mrs. Primetta Spalazzi, also of Mishawaka.
Mr. Ferrettie was a member of the DeAmicis Club and Mishawaka Aerie 2083, Fraternal Order of Eagles. Friends may call in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Chapel after 7 p.m. today and until the funeral services at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Josephs Church. Very Rev. Msgr. Curt A. Suelzer, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Funeral services for Telesforo Ferrettie, 63, of 211 W. 11th St., who died Tuesday, will be at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Josephs Church. Very Rev. Msgr. Curt A. Suelzer, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Chapel until the funeral hour. The rosary will be recited there at 7:30 p.m. today. Pallbearers will be Henry and Nelo Ferrettie, Francis Spalazzi and Joseph, Victor and Torino Vernasco.
