Emilio Ferrettie
Emilio Ferrettie, aged 85, a native of Italy who had lived here 41 years, died at 7 a.m. Sunday in his home, 320 South Spring street. He had been ill several months.
Mr. Ferrettie was born Feb. 3, 1853. He came here from New Jersey. He was married in 1873 in Italy to Johanna Sperioni, who died 24 years ago. Surviving are three sons, Conrad, Matthew and Charles A. Ferrettie, this city; three daughters, Mrs. Felix De Clercq, this city; Mrs. Elizabeth Gatti, Brooklyn, N.Y., and Mrs. Catherine Foerter, New Brunswick, N.J., and a sister, Mrs. Pietro Vernasco, this city.
Friends will be received in the residence until the funeral at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic church. Rev. Lawrence T. Grothouse, assistant pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph’s cemetery.
