Charles Ferrettie
Charles Ferrettie, 60, of 5523 Colonial Lane, South Bend, formerly of Mishawaka, died at 12:30 a.m. toady in St. Josephs Hospital, South Bend, after a sudden illness. The Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Charles (Bill) Ferrettie
Services for Charles (Bill) Ferrettie, 60, of 5523 Colonial, formerly of Mishawaka, who died at 12:31 a.m. Wednesday in St. Josephs Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Judes Church. He suffered an apparent heart attack Tuesday night while attending the Notre Dame-Indiana University basketball game at the Athletic and Convocation Center. Rev. Edward Narcowich, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
Ferrettie was born in Mishawaka on May 11, 1920, and lived in this area all his life. Surviving are two sisters, Miss Mary Ferrettie, of the same address, and Mrs. Joseph Czarnecki of South Bend, and his mother, Mrs. Ferne Ferrettie, with whom he lived. He retired in 1979 from Uniroyal, Inc.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, Mishawaka. Ferrettie was a member of St. Judes Church and Ava Maria Council 5521 of the Knights of Columbus. A parish rosary will be recited at 5 p.m., and a K. of C. rosary at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
