Arthur N. Ferrettie

April 30, 1924 - July 9, 2002

Arthur Nelo Ferrettie, 78, of Berkley Circle, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after a brief illness at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, in Hospice House, South Bend, Ind.

Arthur was born on April 30, 1924, in Mishawaka, as the son of the late Quido and Maria (Alistrandi) Ferrettie. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Henry "Hank" Ferrettie. On April 30, 1950, in Mishawaka, Arthur married the former Virginia McMillan, who also preceded him in death on May 29, 1994.

Arthur is survived by a niece, Gloria (Terry) Wentworth; two nephews, Thomas (Annie) Ferrettie and John (Rose) Ferrettie; and by a sister-in-law, Pauline Ferrettie, all of Mishawaka.

Arthur owned and operated South Bend Glass until he retired in 1976. He was a member of Mishawaka Goodfellows and the De Amicis Club. He was also a veteran of World War II.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, July 11, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 12, in the Hahn Funeral Home, with Rev. Dave Porterfield, CSC, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
