Jason Allen Felty, Jr., infant son of Melissa (Ihrke) and Jason Allen Felty, Sr., of South Bend, Ind., died at birth on Thursday, May 28, in St. Joseph Community Hospital, Mishawaka, Ind.

Jason is survived by his parents; a sister, Courtney Felty at home; maternal grandparents, Claudia and Alan Ihrke of Mishawaka; paternal grandmother, Cathy Barrow of South Bend; paternal grandfather, Dale Felty of Granger, Ind.; maternal great grandmothers, Doris Howcroft of Michigan and Arlene Ihrke of Osceola, Ind.; and by paternal great-grandmothers, Doris Barrow of South Bend and Shirley Miller also of South Bend.

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road, South Bend. The Rev. Jeff Hossler of Redeemer Missionary Church will conduct the services. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
