7, 1934 - April 30, 2010EDNEYVILLE, NC - Ralph E. "Boy" Feathers, 75, of Edneyville, North Carolina, died at 6:00 A.M. Friday, April 30, 2010, in his home. He was born October 7, 1934, in Johnson City, Tennessee, to Ralph J. and Edith (Felts) Feathers. Ralph was married to Joyce Wickham; later he married Jeanette Swisher, who preceded him in death in 2000. Surviving are a daughter, Tambra Stepp of Mishawaka; five sons, Gregory Feathers of South Bend, Jeffery Feathers of Edneyville, NC, Kurtis Feathers of Mishawaka, John Feathers of Mishawaka and Larry Lein of Granger; six sisters; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and by a son, Dan Thompson. Friends may call from 5-7 P.M. on Thursday, May 6, and Friday, May 7, 2010, 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. in the Zimmerman-Inman Funeral Home, 1109 Lincoln Way West, Osceola, IN, where services will be held at 1 P.M. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley's Children Hospital.
