William D. Farrington

August 6, 1904 – September 13, 1986

William D. Farrington, 82, of 714 N. Johnson, died Saturday morning in his home.

He was born August 6, 1904, in Mason MI. He came to South Bend from Michigan in 1918. On April 30, 1931, in South Bend, he married the former Madeline Pauwels. She survives with two daughters, Elsa Honer of South Bend and Ilah Allsop of North Vernon IN; a son, Wayne A. of South Bend; 12 grandchildren; and a sister, Mazie Standfield of Pacific CA.

Services will be at 2pm Monday in Guisinger Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm today in the funeral home.

He retired from Bendix Corp. in 1968 and was a member of Bendix Retirees.
