Richard M. Evans

March 6, 1950 – November 5, 1989

Richard M. Evans, 39, of 51640 Hazel Road, died of an illness at 11:45pm Sunday in Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Evans was born March 6, 1950, in Philadelphia and lived in South Bend most of his life.  On July 3, 1971, in St Clair Shore MI, he married Catherine E. Dobson, who survives.  Also surviving are two sons, Brian J and Jason M, both at home; two brothers, Rod of Lafayette IN and Ronald of Granger; and his parents Helen and Richard E. Evans of South Bend.

Services will be at 1pm Wednesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road.  Burial will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Tuesday in the funeral home.
