Herbert Essha CSC, 79, known as Brother Hormiseas, died Thursday in Dearborn, Mich., where he had been on a mission. The body was brought to Notre Dame, where funeral services will be held. He was born in France in August 1845 and he received the habit of the Holy Cross order Sept. 8, 1875; and professed in August 1877. For a number of years he was connected with the Holy Cross Convent in New Orleans, La.
