Terry Lee Eskridge

May 14, 1945 – September 27, 1979

Services for Jerry Lee Eskridge, 34, 400 S. Jefferson, North Liberty, who was fatally shot late Thursday while working at a service station in Union Mills, will be at 11am Monday at the A. M. Manual Funeral Home, North Liberty.  Rev. Charles R. Wood, pastor of the Grace Baptist Church, South Bend, will officiate.  Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, North Liberty.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Sunday at the funeral home.

He was born on May 14, 1945, in LaPorte and lived in North Liberty most of his life.  On March 16, 1968, in North Liberty, he married Linda S. Thompson, who survives.  Also surviving are two daughters, Melissa and Michelle; a son, Robert, at home; his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Carl Eskridge, of North Liberty; and two brothers, Richard of Salt Lake City UT and James of Tulsa City OK.
